What should I do if I can’t make it?
You’ll definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please choose “Will not attend” on the RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d “Will Attend”, but find that you can no longer make it, please notify us as soon as you are aware.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin at 4:00PM please arrive at least 20 minutes before to park and find your seat.
Where can I park upon arrival?
There is parking on site and on the street along McDonald Road. Overnight parking is available for overnight guests. Please plan a safe ride home. Uber is available in Agassiz along with taxis or pre-planned carpools.
What should I do if I’m late for the ceremony?
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4pm. We recommend guests arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 so there is time to mingle and find your seat. If you happen to be late, someone will be there at the front to let you know if you’re still able to join the ceremony.

We loves your little ones! However, unless your children are listed on your invitation and when you RSVP, this is an adult only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Unfortunately, only our dogs are allowed to come to the wedding due to venue policy.
Can I take my own pictures & videos?
Our ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony. For this we ask all cameras and phones to be put away and there be no pictures or videos taken during the ceremony. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the reception. This is such a special day for us and we have the most amazing photographer documenting the entire day.
Do you have a registry?
Your presence is the greatest gift. The most important thing for us is for you to be present yourself. Gifts are not a requirement from guests, but if you would like to give us something, we would appreciate any contribution to go towards our wedding and honeymoon.
